Brighton’s only vibration training studio, we offer vibration training classes for up to 2 people at a time to train under the instruction of a qualified & experienced personal trainer.

Class format: 25 minutes, classes of up to 2 people, personalised workouts under supervision of an instructor. Booking required.

Who for: Body shaping – weight loss, toning, cellulite reduction, Rehab – increases bone density (good for osteoporosis),

Where:  At our private studio in Preston Park
The classes are just 25 minutes long and have a whole list of benefits including:
