A great opportunity to get outside, get fit, meet new people, lose weight and seriously tone up.
It is important to stress these classes are upbeat and FUN! We are not here to shout at you or make you sick but we will work you hard and get you feeling good. Unlike other bootcamps we have loads of equipment making our workouts fun and varied.

Who for: All ages and fitness levels. Can be as challenging as you make it

Where: Preston Park (meeting outside the Fitness Hub, next to the tennis courts)
Outdoor Circuit Classes are a combination of
  • Kettlebells
  • Suspension training
  • Body weight exercises
  • Boxing
  • Stretching and much more!

    Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:00am and last approximately 1 hour.
